This notice describes information associated with visiting the MERCY Systems website, contacting us, and following our appointment-booking links.

AMCDT free trials, purchases, subscriptions, license activation and the AMCDT software are covered by the separate AMCDT Privacy Policy.

Information you choose to provide

When you email MERCY Systems, you may provide your name, email address, organization, and inquiry details. We use that information to respond, discuss your request, arrange meetings, and manage related business communications.

Appointment booking

Appointment links and the QR code take you to MERCY Systems' booking page hosted by Zoho Bookings. Information entered there is processed through that service and used to arrange and manage your consultation. Review Zoho's Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab) before submitting information.

Website operation

This homepage and these policy pages do not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, an embedded scheduler, payment collection, or a website contact form. Trial sign-up and checkout for AMCDT take place on the AMCDT pages and are described in the AMCDT Privacy Policy. Images, styles, and scripts are served with the site. Hosting and network providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the website.

Sharing and handling information

Inquiry and booking information may be handled through email, scheduling, and hosting providers as needed to operate these services, respond to requests, and maintain business records. Please do not send Social Security numbers, passwords, payment-card information, or confidential technical materials through an initial inquiry.
