The website introduces MERCY Systems, our products and areas of work, and ways to contact us. Statements about our mission, focus, objectives, and products in development do not constitute a product specification, performance guarantee, certification, or promise of availability.

AMCDT

Trials, purchases, and use of AMCDT are governed by the AMCDT License Agreement and the terms shown on the AMCDT pages at the time of purchase. Prices summarized on the homepage are provided for convenience; the AMCDT pages and checkout control. AMCDT is a diagnostic tool only; it is not a functional-safety tool.

Meetings and business discussions

Booking a consultation or sending an inquiry does not itself establish a purchase, license, engineering engagement, partnership, or other commercial agreement. Any such arrangement requires separately agreed terms. Do not assume an initial inquiry is covered by a confidentiality agreement; discuss confidentiality before sharing proprietary material.

Content and ownership

MERCY Systems branding and original website materials belong to their respective owners. Visiting the website grants no license to proprietary technology, software, designs, or trademarks.

Acceptable use

Do not use the website to attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person, or submit unlawful material.
